This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Purple Vibes Açaí Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) may issue refunds for purchases made through our website, trailer locations, or catering services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

Refund Eligibility

 

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. However, due to the perishable nature of our products (e.g., açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen tubs), we do not offer refunds for change of mind or after the product has been consumed.

 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

 

You received the wrong item

Your order was incomplete or damaged on delivery

The product was not as described or arrived in an unacceptable condition

A catering order was cancelled within the permitted timeframe

All refund claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase or delivery and must include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

Change of mind after the order is placed or picked up

Late pick-ups or deliveries where the product has been left out and spoiled

Customer dissatisfaction based on flavour preferences

Issues reported outside of the 24-hour refund window

Products that have already been consumed or used (unless proven to be faulty or unsafe)

 

Catering Orders

 

For catering bookings, cancellations made:

 

More than 21 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund or credit

Between 14-21 days before the event may incur a partial refund

Within 7 days may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and staffing costs

All catering cancellations must be made in writing.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product or service. Include:

 

Your full name

Order number or proof of purchase

A brief explanation of the issue

A photo (if applicable)

Refund Method

 

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
